There is a lot of amazing food for breakfast. The hotel provides a GOOD service.

Although some of the staff were highly unprofessional, I had a such wonderful stay. I took a great-sized room with ironing table and 2 single beds, as example.

Didn't like the area, it was not so good.

Really good spa services exceeded my expectations.

I booked a beautiful double room but was given a standard room without the promised amenities. Housekeeping was a disaster. I found dirty bedding upon check-in and it took multiple complaints to get it sorted. The room service was inefficient, infuriating.

I loved my stay here which was made even better by the clean and spacious room that felt luxurious, and the hotel's proximity to attractions like the Mall of Istanbul and fine parks, making it a perfect base for my city strolls.

The hotel offers excellent amenities including a spacious gym, inviting rooftop pool, and a very accommodating staff, particularly Kadir who went out of his way to assist me . The room was well-maintained with a modern decor. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including freshly made omelets that were a highlight each morning.

The hotel is quite far from the historical center, making travel inconvenient.

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoying the garden's playground while my kids played. The hotel also provides great amenities like a shopping mall and coffee shop. It was wonderful having my brother with us to share these moments.

My kids wished there were more activities for their age group to keep them entertained .

Loved the spacious gym, great sauna facilities, and the inviting rooftop pool. Kadir's help in finding my lost phone was very nice!

Really good Stay with Nice Comfort

Had a splendid night in a cozy Beautiful Double Room. The breakfast spread was good. Pro tip, explore nearby shopping at MOI for a fun day out. Remember, room cleaning incurs a fee, so plan accordingly!

The hotel features spacious rooms with modern decor. I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room, made mornings special. The spa facilities impressed me, particularly the sauna and steam room. The restaurant serving breakfast got very crowded. Room service was slow, which frustrated me. I did have issues with finding food I liked at the Chinese restaurant. Staff help was a mixed bag. While one receptionist, Kadir, was really good and kind, others didn't engage much. Upon check-in, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found hair on the floor and dust in the corners. I appreciated the great air conditioning, perfect for Istanbul's heat. The limited parking availability was concerning in a busy area like this. The hotel has potential but fell short in several areas that need addressing.

I loved the elegant and artistic design throughout the hotel with a warm and cute atmosphere. The spacious areas allowed for easy movement.

More staff assistance for room service would help seniors.

We had such a memorable stay! The indoor playground was a hit with our kids, and the breakfast spread was delightful, especially the omelets made fresh for us. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, definitely exceeding my expectations from the photos.
